Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
1. Our Commitment to Quality
At Havva, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our exclusive collections. Each piece, including The Regent and The Diplomat, is inspected before shipping.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or odours.
- Returns accepted only for valid reasons (wrong size, colour, or defect).
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Return request must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
3. Return Process
- Email Support@havva.co with order number and reason.
- Receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number upon approval.
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier (customer bears shipping cost).
Havva is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
4. Refund & Resolution Options
A. Store Credit (Primary Method)
- Issued after the item passes inspection.
- Excludes shipping and handling fees.
- Valid for 6 months.
B. Exchanges
- Available for size or colour changes.
- Subject to stock availability.
- If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Items with removed or tampered labels
- Customized or altered pieces
6. Order Cancellation
- Ready-to-dispatch orders: cancel within 48 hours.
- Customized orders: cancel within 24 hours.
- Full refund issued if cancellation is approved before processing.
